At NutriJunction (OPC) Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality, fresh, and nutritious products. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a smooth experience with every purchase. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products if the request is raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at supports@nutri-junction.in or call/WhatsApp us at 9057550028.
- Mention your Order Number, Date of Delivery, and include photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable).
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or provide the return address for self-shipment.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account details to initiate a bank transfer.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).
4. Exchanges
We offer product replacement only for items that are damaged or defective.
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Our team will verify the issue and confirm the replacement process.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items not in their original packaging or condition
- Products returned after 3 days from delivery
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please email us at supports@nutri-junction.in with your order number.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Do not discard the packaging.
- Take clear photos or videos of the outer box and the damaged item.
- Email the details to supports@nutri-junction.in within 3 days of delivery.
Our support team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- The returned item shows signs of use.
- Only part of a multi-item order is accepted for return.
Any deductions will be clearly communicated before processing the refund.
